Starting with a proven high performance optical system that features high grade lenses and the Burris-exclusive index-matched HiLume lens multicoatings on ALL lens surfaces, these scopes deliver very bright and clear optical performance and proven tough duty mechanical performance.
Each Fullfield II Tactical features a Type III Mil-Spec Olive Drab and a special non-reflective low sheen finish. Those who actually have to hump it in the hills with their tactical rifles will also appreciate a new "lighter" way of looking at tactical optics. These Fullfield II Tacticals weigh in at some 25% to 50% less than other scopes in this performance range.
The TAC-2 adjustment knobs are not the giant knobs seen on some other tactical scopes. Rather, TAC-2 knobs provide ease-of-use, easy accessibility, dust covers to keep the dirt, dust and rust out of the adjustment system, and fairly low profile to facilitate more comfortable carry in the field.
