Print this off, put it up in your shed or garage and use it every time you mow.

You’ll be happy you did.

BEFORE PUTTING THE MOWER AWAY, I…

  1. REMOVED DEBRIS FROM THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE MOWER DECK
  2. DISCONNECTED THE SPARK PLUG AND EXAMINED THE MOWER BLADE FOR BREAKS, CHIPS, SHARPNESS
  3. CHECKED DRIVE BELT FOR CRACKS AND WORN SPOTS
  4. CHECKED / TIGHTENED WHEEL BOLTS
  5. CHECKED CABLES FOR TENSION AND/OR WEAR
  6. CHECKED / CLEANED THE AIR FILTER
  7. CHECKED THE OIL FOR COLOR AND LEVEL
  8. FILLED TANK WITH NON-ETHANOL GASOLINE WITH A QUALITY FUEL STABILIZER
  9. STORED THE MOWER FLAT
  10. REMOVED THE GRASS BAG, EMPTIED IT AND HUNG IT TO AIR DRY

Using this simple check list will ensure your mower is ready every time you pull it out to use it.
